What I liked about this project is that they have the Sheraton Phuket Grand Bay Resort in the middle of the Residences. I know that the Pool Villa I bought will appreciate in value over time. This is a prestigious investment that I can enjoy with my family and friends.

I reserved my Pool Villa at Phuket Grand Bay Resort because the project looks grand and I have always wanted to have a vacation home in Phuket. When I visited the site in Phuket, the real view just took my breath away, Iam looking forward to the project completion.

What I like most are the location and facilities of this project. It’s convenient to have a direct entrance from Sukhumvit Highway and long stretch of beach front with facilities and services from Mövenpick Hotel.

I bought Mövenpick Residence because of its spectacular view of the sea. It is also a good return of investment on its rental income managed by Mövenpick Siam Hotel, in addition I can use my residence for 30 days per year.

I bought the Pool Villa for both investment as well as my weekend resort. I like the design of the unit that emphasizes on the swimming pool as an “Oasis” center of the house that separates living-dining section to the 3 bedrooms section. I also like our private walkway to the beach.
