The Residences at Sheraton Phuket Grand Bay achieved the highest sales volume in the Siam Paragon Luxury Property Showcase 2018,
held during August 23 - September 2, 2018. The total of 20 pool villas and suites worth 460 million baht have been sold at the fair;
contributing to a total year sales up-to-date 80% value at approximately 1,583 million baht of total project value.
