Provide wealth management tools for monitoring and analyzing critical market as well as creating the differentiated investment strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide and recommend short-term and long-term corporate financial solution
- Explore and recommend financing alternatives for the company – fund raising
- Coordinate and work with financial advisor(s) to execute transactions within targeted timeframe
- Develop information packages/presentation and marketing materials to financial institutions and/or potential investors
- Review loan agreement and any transaction-related agreements and give comment on commercial and financial terms
- Deal and negotiate with financial institutions and potential investors to ensure the best terms for the company
- Construct and review project’s financial model and feasibility study, analyze and recommend appropriate assumptions used, and provide the analysis over risks and returns of the project feasibility
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate banking and investment banking including business analysis, forecasting, and financial feasibility study
- Possess CPA, CFA license and SAP experience will be an advantage
- Possess extensive knowledge in various financial products, experience in project and structure financing would be a plus
- Possess good command of English language and computer literate
- Is open-minded in learning various assignments with high commitment on transaction success
